As well-known rapeseed-producing base in China, Luoping is a typical tourist attraction for ecological agriculture.The mild climate and abundant rainfall has endowed Luoping with favorable conditions for rapeseed production. In March when the 10,000 hectares of rape flowers are in full blossom, the golden Basin of Luooing is literally the largest garden i nthe wold.

     Every year after the Spring Festival, when the Basin of Luoping becomes a sea of golden and fragrant rape flowers, a grand "Rape Flower Festival" is held. Large numbers of vistors come here by everywhere. At the sight of this magnificent view, both toruist and photographers flocking here from home and abroad find it hard to resist the desire to throw themselves into the sea of fragrant flowers.
